Refund policy

We hope you love your order. If something is not right, this policy explains how returns, refunds and cancellations work.

1. Change-of-mind returns

If you buy from us online, you usually have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. Once you tell us you want to cancel, you then have another 14 days to return the item to us.

To cancel your order, please email phil@wellnice.com with your order number and a clear statement that you would like to cancel.

2. Refunds

If you cancel within the legal cancellation period, we will refund you for:

  • the item price
  • the basic delivery charge paid on the original order, where applicable

We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item back, or within 14 days of you providing proof that it has been sent back, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method unless we agree otherwise.

3. Return postage

Unless an item is faulty or incorrect, you are responsible for the cost of returning it to us.

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping proof of postage, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.

4. Condition of returned items

Returned items should be sent back unused and, where possible, in their original packaging.

You are entitled to inspect an item as you would in a shop, but we may make a deduction from your refund if the value of the goods has been reduced by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and function.

5. Non-returnable items

We do not accept change-of-mind returns on:

  • personalised or custom-made items
  • perishable goods
  • sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened
  • any other item exempt from cancellation rights under applicable consumer law

6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us at phil@wellnice.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where helpful, photographs of the issue.

Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights.

Where appropriate, we may offer a refund, repair, replacement or another suitable remedy in line with your legal rights.

8. Exchanges

We currently Do Not offer exchanges.

If you offer exchanges, use this version instead:

We are happy to offer exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability. Please contact us at phil@wellnice.com before sending your item back.
