We do our best to make sure all product descriptions, images, prices and availability are accurate.
However:
- colours may vary slightly depending on your screen or device
- product imagery is for illustration and may vary slightly
- availability may change from time to time
- we may correct obvious errors or inaccuracies
Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights in relation to goods that are faulty, misdescribed or not fit for purpose.
4. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy from us.
Your order is only accepted once we send you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept your order, we will let you know and refund any payment taken.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are shown in GBP and VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering using one of the payment methods offered on our website.
6. Delivery
We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timescales shown on our website or at checkout, but delivery times are estimates unless we specifically agree otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control, including courier disruption or events affecting transport and supply chains.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Ownership of the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.

If you are buying as a consumer, you usually have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, subject to the usual legal exceptions.
8. Faulty goods
If an item is faulty, damaged, not fit for purpose or not as described, you may be entitled to a remedy under consumer law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
9. Personalised or made-to-order items
If you order a personalised, custom-made or made-to-order item, please check all details carefully before placing your order.
Once production has started, changes or cancellations may not be possible.
Your right to cancel for change of mind may not apply to personalised or custom-made goods, although your rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed items still apply.
10. Promotions and discount codes
From time to time, we may offer discount codes or promotions.
Unless we say otherwise:
- codes cannot be used with other offers
- only one code may be used per order
- codes cannot be applied after checkout
- codes have no cash value
- we may amend or withdraw promotions where reasonably necessary

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs and branding, belongs to Well Nice or is used under licence.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any content from our website without our prior written permission.

- death or personal injury caused by negligence
